Professional Conduct (Zero Tolerance): Scenic Sunrise Massage maintains a strictly professional environment. Any suggestive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, remarks, or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client will remain responsible for the full-service fee, and all future services will be denied.

Minors: We provide services to minors (under 18); however, a parent or legal guardian must be present in the treatment room for the duration of the session.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if a client is under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs, or if a medical condition contraindicates massage therapy.

24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a flat fee of $50 (or the full price of the service if the total cost is less than $50).

No-Show Fee: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full price of the service.

Payment Authorization: By booking, you authorize Scenic Sunrise Massage to charge the credit card on file for any applicable late or no-show fees at the time of the scheduled appointment.

Emergency & Illness Exception: We understand that genuine emergencies and sudden illnesses occur. If you are sick, please stay home for the safety of our staff and clients. Fees for cancellations due to verifiable emergencies or illness may be waived or reduced at the sole discretion of management.

Refunds: All services rendered are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable but are fully transferable. All certificates must be redeemed by the stated expiration date.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply.

Information Collection: We collect personal data (name, contact info) and health-related information (medical history, allergies, injuries, and massage preferences) to ensure a safe and effective therapeutic experience.

Data Usage: Your information is used for clinical assessment, treatment planning, and appointment communications. With your consent, we may use your email or phone number for newsletters and promotional SMS.

Data Security: We utilize secure, third-party practice management and scheduling software to store records and process payments. Your data is protected via industry-standard encryption. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.
